PTO Secretary

Primary Role

The Secretary is responsible for recording accurate minutes of Villa board, committee, and general meetings as well as recording voting. The secretary will make minutes available to all Villa Board members in a timely manner. The Secretary shall be prepared at every meeting to present the records of any previous meeting, a copy of the Bylaws, and an accurate calendar of Villa PTO and school events.

 

  • Attends and actively participates in board meetings, in-person or by conference call.

  • Accepts and completes assignments of work related to the mission of the PTO as requested by the Board.

  • Provides input and new ideas for PTO activities and directives on a regular basis.

 

 

Qualifications

Must possess exceptional organizational and note taking skills. Must also be passionate about the Villa Montessori School mission and vision.
